Designed as a respite from the office, this amenity center provides tenants various opportunities to unwind, collaborate, and play. As the building was built in 1968 and is immersed within the heart of the Theatre District in Midtown, this amenity space pays homage to the mid-century and the creative minds and philosophies from the era. The spaces are each designed with a mid-century icon and their spirit in mind: Charles and Ray Eames, Charlotte Perriand, Gio Ponti, and more.
The curated artwork series and custom furniture collection draw inspiration from a variety of mediums and textures, reminding us of the spirit of experimentation so present in the mid-century. Painting, weaving, sculpture, and photography each pay homage through color, craft, and form, creating a series of artifacts that simultaneously honor the past and inspire new traditions.
